Polygonatum & Asparagus Tea
From Dr. Chen’s family book. In the Chinese tradition this blend of polygonatum and asparagus root is used to nourish Yin.

1. 60g Hwang Jing Phizoma Polygonati 2. 40g Tian Wen Dong Radix Asparagi 1. Combine all the ingredients in a pot. 2. Add 2 liters of water. 3. Bring to a boil, then, reduce heat to a low simmer. 4. Cook for 50 minutes. 5. Makes about 1 liter of tea. 6. Let it cool and strain. 7. Drink as much as you like.
