Skin-Nourishing Tea
From Dr. Chen’s family book. In the Chinese tradition this blend of polygonatum, goji and poria is used to nourish Yin and moisten dryness.

1. 60g Hwang Jing Phizoma Polygonati 2. 60g Gou Gi Fructus Lycii 3. 30g Fwu Ling Poria 1. Combine all the ingredients in a pot. 2. Add 3 liters of water. 3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a low simmer. 4. Cook for 60 minutes. 5. Makes about 2 liters of tea. 6. Let it cool and strain. 7. Chill in refrigerator. 8. Drink as much as you like.
