Poria & Chrysanthemum Tea
From Dr. Chen’s family book. In the Chinese tradition this blend of poria and chrysanthemum is used to clear the head and brighten the eyes.

1. 60g Fwu Ling Poria 2. 60g Jyu Hua Flos Chrysanthemi 3. Honey (or your favorite sweetener) 1. Combine Fwu Ling and Jyu Hua in a pot. 2. Add 3 liters of water. 3. Bring to a boil, then, reduce heat to a low simmer. 4. Cook for 40 minutes. 5. Makes about 2 liters of tea. 6. Let it cool and strain. 7. Add honey. 8. Chill in refrigerator. 9. Makes 3 servings. Drink one serving every day.
