Hair-Nourishing Tea
From Dr. Chen’s family book. In the Chinese tradition this blend of raw and prepared rehmannia with cistanche is used to nourish Blood and Kidney essence.

1. 30g Sheng Dih Radix Rehmanniae 2. 30g Shour Dih Radix Rehmanniae Praeparata 3. 30g Rou Tzong Rong Herba Cistanchis 1. Combine all the ingredients in a pot. 2. Add 2 liters of water. 3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a low simmer. 4. Cook for 50 minutes. 5. Makes about 1 liter of tea. 6. Strain it. 7. Drink as much as you want.
