Clear-Skin Tea

From Dr. Chen’s family book. In the Chinese tradition this blend of honeysuckle, dandelion and bitter orange is used to clear heat.

dish_13recipe131. 20g Jin Yn Hua Flos Lonicerae 2. 20g Pwu Gonging Herba Taraxaci 3. 20g Jyy Shyr Fructus Aurantii Immaturus 1. Combine all the ingredients in a pot. 2. Add 1.5 liters of water. 3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a low simmer. 4. Cook for 50 minutes. 5. Makes about 0.6 liters of tea. 6. Strain it. 7. Drink it all in one day.

These are cooling herbs; not for people with a weak, cold digestion or loose stools.
