Warming Kidney Tonic Tea

From Dr. Chen’s family book. In the Chinese tradition this blend of eucommia, epimedium, raspberry and white peony is used to warm and tonify the Kidney system.

dish_21recipe211. 30g Duh Jong Cortex Eucommiae 2. 30g Yn Yang Huoh Herba Epimedii 3. 30g Fuh Pern Tzyy Fructus Rubi 4. 20g Bair Shaur Radix Paeoniae Alba 1. Combine all the ingredients in a pot. 2. Add 3 liters of water. 3. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to a low simmer. 4. Cook for 60 minutes. 5. Makes about 1.5 liters of tea. 6. Strain it. 7. Makes 3 servings. Drink one serving every day.
