Acupressure Massage for Anger
These are the acupressure points for anger. Working on these points can help you get better faster. You do not have to use all of these points. Using just one or two of them whenever you have a free hand can be effective.
Acupressure Point LV3 — Tai Chong
Chinese Name: 太沖
Location: in the depression distal to the junction of the 1st and 2nd metatarsal bones.
Traditionally used for: balancing point, low energy, uterine bleeding, PMS, retention of urine, abdominal distention, fever, diarrhea, headache, chemical toxicity, anger, bleeding from the stomach, bleeding from the eyes, mouth, mucus membrane, poor circulation.Acupressure Point Liver Point

Location: medial side (ulnar) of the transverse crease of the wrist.
Traditionally used for: chest pain, night sweat, spontaneous sweating, stage fright, phobias, nervousness (massage this point before interviews, speeches, wedding, exams, flying etc .) Location: On the top, outer end of the elbow crease. bend your arm, press your thumb into the hollow located on the top, outer end of the elbow crease, directly above the elbow, between the elbow joint (below) and the muscle (above).
