Mixed Berry Mocktail Sangria

A refreshing, non-alcoholic sangria perfect for those seeking a delightful fruity beverage without alcohol. This mocktail combines the robust flavor of red raspberry leaf tea with a vibrant medley of mixed berries, creating a sophisticated and health-conscious drink.

Ingredients
4 cups water
2 red raspberry leaf tea bags
1 pound strawberries
6 ounces of blueberries
6 ounces blackberries (plus extra for garnish)
¼ cup simple syrup

Yield: 4-6 servings
Garnish
Fresh strawberry for the glass rim

Preparation Method

  1. Brew Tea
    • Prepare a strong tea using 4 cups of water and two red raspberry leaf tea bags.
  2. Prepare Fruit
    • Hull the strawberries
    • Juice half the strawberries with all the blueberries and blackberries
    • Optional: Remove foam from juice
  3. Assemble Mocktail
    • Fill a tall pitcher 1/3 full with ice
    • Pour the berry juice and brewed tea into a pitcher
    • Stir in simple syrup
    • Add the remaining whole strawberries
  4. Serve
    • Pour into glasses
    • Garnish with a strawberry on the rim
