Acupressure Massage for Lumps in the Breast
These are the acupressure points for lumps in the breast. Working on these points can help you get better faster. You do not have to use all of these points. Using just one or two of them whenever you have a free hand can be effective.
Acupressure Point ST16 — Ying Chuang
Chinese Name: 膺窗
Location: in the 3rd intercostal space, 4 body inches lateral to the cv meridian.
Traditionally used for: fullness in the chest, pain in the chest, pain in the hypochondrium, cough, asthma, mastitis, lactation deficiency.
Acupressure Point Liver Point
Location: on the right side, 2 body inches lateral to cv12, on the lower border of the rib cage.
Traditionally used for: vomiting, abdominal bloating, diarrhea, indigestion, pain in the hypochondriac area.
Acupressure Point ST40 — Feng Long
Chinese Name: 豐隆
Location: 8 finger width above the lateral malleolus, two finger width lateral to the anterior crest of the tibia.
Traditionally used for: water retention, phlegm anywhere in the body, chest pain, asthma, excessive sputum, abscesses in the internal organs, sore throat, pain of the lower leg, headaches, dizziness, low mood.
Acupressure Point SP6 — San Yin Jiao
Chinese Name: 三陰交
Location: On the inside surface of the leg, four fingers-width above the inner anklebone.
Traditionally used for: balancing point, abdominal distention, loose stools with undigested food, irregular menstruation, uterine bleeding, amenorrhea, low mood, chronic fatigue, regulate hormone function, low sexual desire in men and women, pain in the external genitalia, warts, hemorrhoids, varicose veins, insomnia, PMS, hot flashes, cold limbs.
