Hot Palms And Soles These are the acupressure points for hot palms and soles. Working on these points can help you get better faster. You do not have to use all of these points. Using just one or two of them whenever you have a free hand can be effective.

Acupressure Point Dingchuan
Location: 0.5 body inch lateral to cervical vertebra no. 7, below the prominent vertebra.
Traditionally used for: asthma, cough, neck rigidity, pain in the shoulder and back.

Acupressure Point UB39 — Wei Yang
Chinese Name: 委陽

Location: lateral to the midpoint of the transverse crease of the popliteal fossa.
Traditionally used for: pain and stiffness of the lower back, lower abdominal distention, hot palms and soles, cramps in the leg and foot, fever, abnormal sensation, dysuria, incontinence of urine.
