Location: 9 body inches below the axilla in the mid axillary line.

Location: on the midline of the abdomen, 3 body inches below the belly button. Four fingers-width below the belly button.

Acupressure Point K10 — Yin Gu
Chinese Name: 陰谷
Location: when the knee is flexed, the point is on the medial side of the popliteal fossa, between the tendons of m. Semitendinosus and semimembranosus, level with UB 40.
Benefits: impotence, hernia, uterine bleeding, pain in the knee, mental disorders, and hair loss.
Acupressure Point GV3 — Yao Yang Guan
Chinese Name: 腰陽關
Location: below the spinous process of the fourth lumbar vertebra, level with the iliac crest.
Benefits: irregular menstruation, nocturnal emission, impotence, pain in the lumbosacral region, muscular atrophy, motor impairment, numbness and pain of the lower extremities.
Acupressure Point Bladder Point
Location: 3 body inches below CV 8 and 4 body inches lateral on the right.
Benefits: abdominal pain, difficulty in urinating
Acupressure Point Large Intestine Point
Location: 3 body inches below CV 8 and 4 body inches lateral on the left.
Benefits: constipation, parasites, lower abdominal pain, flatulence, abdominal bloating, and indigestion.
Acupressure Point P6 — Nei Guan
Chinese Name: 內關
Location: three finger width above the wrist crease on the palmar side.
Benefits: palpitation, vomiting, mental disorders, chest pains-emotional and physical, nausea, to decrease appetite, to calm down, decrease panic attacks, to stop smoking, addictions to alcohol, food and drugs, poor memory, to promote yawning, side effects of radiation and chemotherapy.
Acupressure Point ST37 — Shang Ju Xu
Chinese Name: 上巨虛
Location: 8 finger width (6 body inch) below the lateral eye of the patella, on the line connecting the eye of the patella and the external malleolus.
Benefits: abdominal bloating, severe constipation, diarrhea, dysentery, appendicitis, cramps in the lower abdomen, knee pain, colitis, irritable bowels.
