1. 20g Tzyy Su Perilla Frutescens Britto
2. 10g Chern Pyi Tangerine Peel
3. 7g Dang Shen Radix Codonopsis Pilosulae
4 . 10g Brown Sugar (or your favorite for sweet )

1. Combine all the ingredients in a pot.
2. Add 0.8 liters of water.
3. Bring to a boil, then, reduce heat to a low simmer.
4. Cook for 30 minutes.
5. Makes about 0.6 liters of tea.
6. Strain it.
7. Serve hot, this tea could substitute for coffee.
8. Take it as much as you like.
