How to use
Take 2 capsules daily with food.
Before you take it
- Not for use during pregnancy or breastfeeding, or by anyone under 18.
- Contains fo-ti (he shou wu). Rare cases of liver injury have been reported with fo-ti. Do not use if you have liver disease. Stop and see a doctor if you notice dark urine, yellowing of the skin or eyes, or unusual tiredness.
- Ginseng and rhodiola can interact with blood thinners, diabetes medicines, blood-pressure medicines, stimulants and antidepressants. Ask your doctor or pharmacist first if you take any medicine.
