Acupressure Massage for Forgetfulness
These are the acupressure points for forgetfulness. Working on these points can help you get better faster. You do not have to use all of these points. Using just one or two of them whenever you have a free hand can be effective.
Acupressure Point SI10 — Nao Shu
Chinese Name: 臑俞
Location: when the arm is adducted, the point is directly above SI 9, in the depression inferior to the scapular spine.
Benefits: pain in the shoulder, upper backache, frozen shoulder, weakness of the shoulder.
It is important to drink plenty of warm water after the massage, to help clear away toxic substances in our body.
